Security Deposit & Payment
Security Deposit: ₹2,000 refundable security deposit required for all rentals
Post Dated Cheque (PDC): ₹7,000 PDC required as additional security (not encashed unless damage occurs)
Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards accepted
Advance Payment: First month's rent to be paid at the time of installation
Refund Policy: Security deposit refunded within 7 working days after equipment return in good condition
Rental Terms & Conditions
No Relocation Policy: Once installed, AC units cannot be relocated to different addresses during rental period
Minimum Rental Period: 1 month minimum rental period for all equipment
Early Termination: 7 days advance notice required for rental termination
Installation Requirements: Customer must provide suitable electrical connection and installation space
Usage Guidelines: Equipment to be used for residential/commercial purposes only as per manufacturer guidelines
Free Maintenance & Support
Complete Maintenance: Regular servicing, cleaning, and minor repairs included at no extra cost
24/7 Support: Technical support available via phone/WhatsApp during rental period
Emergency Service: Same-day service for critical issues (subject to availability)
Replacement Policy: Faulty equipment replaced within 24-48 hours
Preventive Maintenance: Monthly cleaning and performance check included
Damage & Liability Policy
Normal Wear & Tear: Covered under rental agreement - no additional charges
Accidental Damage: Customer liable for repair costs beyond normal usage
Theft/Loss: Customer responsible for full replacement cost in case of theft or loss
Misuse Damage: Damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications charged to customer
Assessment: Damage assessment done by our technical team with photographic evidence
Additional Terms
Service Area: Currently serving Gurugram, Bhondsi, and nearby areas within 25km radius
Booking Confirmation: Rental confirmed only after security deposit and first month payment
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled installation
Price Changes: Rental rates may change with 30 days advance notice for ongoing rentals
Dispute Resolution: All disputes subject to Gurugram jurisdiction
